Warranty and Return Terms & Conditions

1. Shipping Terms


1.1. Customers may collect purchased products directly from our store, or delivery may be arranged via Turkish Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or TNT.

1.2. Deliveries made through Turkish Post shall arrive within a maximum of two (2) weeks, depending on the destination.

1.3. In the event of a return, the product must be shipped back using the same method as the original delivery.

1.4. Shipping fees are calculated based on the packaged weight of the product and the destination country.

1.5. All return shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer.


2. Warranty Terms


2.1. Unless otherwise specified, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

2.2. For the warranty to be valid, the customer shall inspect the product upon delivery.

2.3. If any damage is detected, the customer must request a written damage report and refuse delivery.

2.4. Any modification to the product, deformation, or alteration of its original design shall void the warranty.


3. Defect Terms


3.1. All ordered products are covered by the importer’s or manufacturer’s warranty.

3.2. For imported products, all replacement procedures shall be carried out by the warranty provider.

3.3. For second-hand products, returns or exchanges are permitted only if the product is defective upon delivery or becomes defective within fourteen (14) days of receipt. After this period, no return or exchange shall be accepted.

3.4. Defective products must be returned with their original invoice to be processed under warranty.

3.5. Warranty procedures shall be concluded within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

3.6. Products that have been tampered with, altered, or whose originality has been compromised shall not be eligible for return or exchange.


4. Product Return Terms


4.1. Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

4.2. All returns shall be handled in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

4.3. Returned products must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Products with damaged packaging, defacement, writing, or any condition preventing resale shall not be accepted.

4.4. The return package must include the product invoice, reason for return, order number, and full address details.

4.5. If a damaged package is not officially documented with a damage report upon delivery, no returns shall be accepted.

4.6. If the courier insists that the package is damaged but the product inside is intact, the customer has the right to request that the package be opened, inspected, and documented with a formal report.

4.7. Following evaluation, approved refunds shall be processed and transferred to the customer’s designated account within seven (7) business days.
